MUAY THAI EVENT AT ROTTERDAM
Maurice Hagenaar did not succeed in winning his first muay thai fight of this season at the Muay Thai event of saturday 5 October.
In his fight of 2 rounds of 2 minutes Maurice did not reach his usual level of fighting.Maurice fought against Mohamed Abarkan of Top Fighters Gym Rotterdam. In the first round Maurice sustained a minor wound on his forehead but was able to continue the fight.
In the second round his opponent started clinching and prevented Maurice from scoring points. Due to a bruised rib he was not able to clinch back in a proper way.
The event was held at Sportcentre West in Rotterdam under the auspicien of the World Professional Kickboxing League (WPKL).
